About Our Hors D'ouevres
Hot Hors D'ouevres and Deluxe Hors D'ouevres need to be heated at party location. An oven on the premises will be required for this purpose. We recommend cookie sheets for use in heating the "heat & serve" hors d'oeuvres which are delivered boxed. The "deluxe" hors d'oeurvres are delivered in aluminmum, ready-to-heat trays.
For waitress service jobs we will provide the trays, dollies, passing trays and frill picks for a small additional fee.
